ColdGuard Kit:

Quality Assurance
& Manufacturing Process.

At VanLiner Technologies, we use only the highest quality materials, provided by our carefully chosen suppliers, to produce our ColdGuard Kits and Custom Liners.

  • We provide a North American toll-free phone number for distributors and installers to call with questions and requests for detailed information.
  • Extensive testing by qualified, independent agencies provides our customers with proof that each kit meets our exacting high standards for performance and safety

The patented ColdGuard Kit is an insulated and lined body that is produced in sections. These sections are made up of thermoformed ABS plastic, contoured to fit the shape of the van. The light haircell textured finish provides an easy to clean interior which prevents bacterial growth. Insulation in all roof, door, floor, and wall sections is 2.5" extruded polystyrene (R value of 5 per inch).

As it comes in kit form, it can be shipped anywhere. This feature also allows the kit to be easily transferred from van to van or between different van manufacturers (Ford and GMC full size cargo vans only) at the end of the vehicle life.

The ColdGuard Kit is ideally suited for the Ford Econoline and GM Savana Chev Express cargo vans. Models are available for the standard or extended length cargo vans and half liners are available on specific models.

The kit meets the requirement of FMVSS 302 for flammability and the raw materials used in production are recyclable.

PLEASE NOTE: THE COLDGUARD KIT HAS BEEN DEVELOPED TO ASSIST IN THE SAFE TRANSPORTATION OF TEMPERATURE CONTROLLED PRODUCTS. IT IS NOT INTENDED FOR USE WHERE IT IS SUBJECT TO DIRECT CONTACT WITH FOOD. WE WOULD RECOMMEND THAT THE TRANSPORTATION GUIDELINES ISSUED BY THE UNITED STATES DEPARTMENT OF AGRICULTURE ARE USED AS A GUIDE FOR TRANSPORTING FOOD PRODUCTS.
