Many companies make reasonable permanent liners for transporting food using fiberglass and spray foam. But they are not transferable - or easy to clean. Some other companies (see examples below) use spray foam and plywood, which will absorb moisture and juices, and can be dangerous, especially if transporting seafood or meat. VanLiner is frequently been called in to replace "insulation" such as you see below.
