1. Celfort 200 - Closed Cell Foam

Insulating Effectiveness

Celfort maintains its R-value even when exposed to moisture.

Celfort 200, absorbs less water than either molded EPS + breadboard, or polyisocyanurate insulation due to its extruded surface skin and closed-cell structure The closed cell structure also accounts for its higher insulating value
"R/ / "RSI") per Unit ("inch" /"mm") of thickness, than that of molded EPS (beadboard), fibrous or loose-fill insulation.

Moisture Resistance

Celfort 200 offers exceptional resistance to moisture of all types -round water, condensation water leakage freeze/thaw cycling.

Ease of Handling, Installation

Celfort 200 is lightweight, durable and impact resistant These features facilitate handling, sawing, cutting and scoring, adding to installation efficiency.

2. Exceliner Advanced Liner Panel System

This is used on the wallls, ceiling, bulkhead and doors in our Custom Built Insulated Liner.

Exceliner panels are extremely resistant to moisture and easily cleaned with regular detergents and water.

The unique antibacterial qualities of Exceliner panels help solve a multitude of santitation problems. Tested against a whole range of chemicals, they are highly resistant to milk acids, alkalis and most common solvents. In addition, they are rustproof and mildew resistant.

3. Polyboard

This is used as our floor surface in our Custom Built Insulated Body, and it is an option for the ColdGuard Kit.

Where can Poly board be used ?
Where you need. a Product to combat the elements of weather, water, acids, alkalis,- or a heavy impact Protection. Polyboard is a must in the rainy or flooding areas where moisture hurts.

Does Polyboard burn?
Very slowly and very clean. The FMVSS no. 302 burn test certifies that it burns. 0. 15 in per minute. (Pass Rate: testing at 30 degrees angle, the fire shall not burn or transmit a flame front across its surface at a rate of more than 4 inches per minute.)

Is Polyboard heavier than wood?
Yes, about 30% but it does not absorb water like plywood or other wood-based composite panels.

What is the "R" value of Polyboard?

1/2"' is approximately 1.4

How much weight will Polyboard bear?
Depending on the installation and spacing of supports. A 500-600 Ibs. Loading (not point loading) would be reasonable at 70 degrees Fahrenheit or colder.
